How it all happened

SouthEast Records comes from my last-name “Suidema” (sounds like south in Dutch) and “Oostzijde” (east) that’s still my address.

I was a soundtrack collector and genre movie lover .

When I could not find the soundtracks I was looking for  I decided that the only way to get them is to release them.

Easier said than done I found out.

What you need is distribution. And when your depended on that it’s very difficult to release the stuff you want. They always say “that won’t sell” and they where probably right because after 5 years and 4 releases I decided to quit SouthEast Records.
